Cookie Policy

Effective from October [15], 2024.

MAIIN & Co. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, if any (collectively referred to as the “Company,” or “we/us/our”), use cookies and other similar technologies on our Services to enable the efficient operation of the Services, to enhance the ease of use of the Services, to gather statistics on how you use our Services, and to learn about our userbase and improve our Services. In this Cookie Policy, we describe what type of cookies we use and how to disable them.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files that contain information about your browser and online activity and are stored on your computer or mobile device when you use that device to access our Services. This information often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your device. Web beacons are small graphic images or small pieces of data embedded in images used for the purpose of keeping track of user behavior, web traffic, and site conversions. Embedded scripts are programming codes designed to collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as information about the links on which you click. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server or a third party service provider. The code is active only while you are connected to the Services, and is deactivated or deleted once you disconnect from the Services.

We may use cookies, web beacons, tags, and scripts to count visits to our Site, understand usage and advertising campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an e-mail has been opened and clicked on. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by our service/analytics providers on an individual and aggregated basis.

Types of Cookies

We use session cookies and persistent cookies on our Site. The session cookies are deleted or removed when you close your browser. The persistent cookies may remain on your device after you close your browser, but they have an expiration date. Some of the cookies placed on your device through our Site are first party cookies, meaning they are placed directly by us. Others are third party cookies, meaning they are placed on your device through our Site by third parties such as YouTube. In other words, when you visit our Site, certain third parties may place cookies on your device to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services.

You can decide whether or not to accept cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as, depending on the sophistication of your browser software, allow you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways. You can also delete all cookies that are already on your device. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit our Site and some of the Services and functionalities may not work. Please review the Opting Out section below for more information on how you can adjust cookie settings on your browser/device.

They help us understand which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around on our Services. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we may not be able to monitor the performance of our Services.

  • Preference cookies: These cookies are used to record your choices and settings regarding our Services, maintain your preferences over time and recognize you when you return to our Services. They enable us to personalize our content for you and remember your preferences. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
